Willard is a 1966 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and began his accounting career in 1971. He originally established a public accounting firm in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, in February of 1972 providing valuable service to clients in the east Tennessee region for over fifty years.  

David is a 1993 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He joined the firm in January of 1993. David received certification and licensing to practice public accounting in Tennessee in May of 1999. David has concentrated his efforts in the areas of taxation and attestation. Specific areas of knowledge and experience include individual, estate and trust, business and not-for-profit tax planning and preparation services including preparation, compilation and review attest services.

Ellen Carr is a native of Oak Ridge and has been working with WLC Certified Public Accountants, PC since 1989. She is currently the firm's Office Manager. Although her duties are mostly administrative, she assists in providing monthly bill paying and payroll services to clients in our community, as well as providing bookkeeping, payroll and management accounting services to businesses in our area. Through her many years with the firm, Ellen has gained knowledge in Payroll Tax Compliance, State and Local Business Tax reporting and Individual Income Tax preparation. Grace is a 2009 graduate with a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.  She joined the firm in July 2009. Grace received CPA certification and licensing to practice in Tennessee in August of 2010.  She concentrates her efforts in the areas of accounting and taxation. Specific areas include individual, estate and trust, business and not-for-profit tax preparation and planning, business and not-for-profit accounting, compilation and review.

Scott is a two time graduate of The University of Tennessee, having received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Operations Management in 1986 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1990.  Scott has over 25 years of experience in computer software and hardware systems, and has experience in the automotive, healthcare, wholesale/distribution, aerospace and nuclear industries.  His quantitative analysis skills and experience are available to help you measure productivity, profitability, pricing strategies, financial reporting, variance analysis, etc.

Heather has been with us at the firm since October 2022. She is currently pursuing a degree of Business Administration part time at Roane State Community College while being a full time bookkeeper. The services Heather provides are bookkeeping and payroll processing services.

Ashlynn's smiling face will welcome you when you come by the office and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns our clients have. She performs administrative duties at the office and helps it to keep running smoothly. Ashlynn is a graduate of Clinton High School in Tennessee and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Accounting at Roane State Community College.
